Roles and responsibilities

As an Associate Consultant at Belsberg, you will be one of the driving forces in our sales and recruitment team.

Relationship Management:

You build strong commercial relationships with existing clients and ensure a consistent flow of new projects and assignments. This includes cold calling, attending networking events, and following up on leads.

Consultant Management:

You maintain close relationships with freelance consultants, providing support during their assignments and resolving any issues that may arise.

Market Analysis:

You keep a close eye on market trends and developments in our sector to gain a solid understanding of the demand for various skills and expertise. This enables you to respond proactively to market changes and identify opportunities.

Competence profile

Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
Well-organized, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
