he will look for a RUN managger as well as a contract manager (not sure if the second one will be external) 

He will need to find a incident manager by mid decembre

 Peoplenet and chronotime is a plus but not necesary
must find this person by Mid decembre  so they can start in jan 2025

the role are not yet fixed in budgets but he is discussing them / should be EO year start of jan latest 
on site in paris (aubervilliers) to meet the teams
