We are looking for an experienced L&D specialist with at least 5 years of experience to design and deliver training programs focused on customer service, handling aggression, and hospitality etiquette in a creative and dynamic style. The role requires strong organizational skills, fluency in Dutch, French, and English, and occasional travel within Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a complete training package, including partnering with external providers and managing the practical organization.
