Due to our growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Consultant to join our team in Antwerpen.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Associate Consultant at Belsberg, you will be one of the driving forces in our sales and recruitment team.

Relationship Management:

You build strong commercial relationships with existing clients and ensure a consistent flow of new projects and assignments. This includes making cold calls, attending networking events, and following up on leads.

Consultant Management:

You maintain close relationships with freelance consultants, providing support during their assignments and resolving any issues that may arise.

Market Analysis:

You constantly monitor market trends and developments in our sector to gain a solid understanding of the demand for various skills and expertise areas. This allows you to proactively respond to market changes and identify new opportunities.

Competence profile

Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
Well-organized, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
