Roles and responsibilities
As a Billing Manager at Belsberg, you are the driving force behind our sales and recruitment team. You will have the unique opportunity to lead and coach a team of recruitment consultants, with the primary goal of attracting, selecting, and placing freelance consultants with our clients. You play a crucial role in building strong relationships with both clients and consultants while guiding our team towards success and growth.
Leadership and coaching
You are responsible for leading, coaching, and guiding your recruitment team. This includes managing the current team, developing their skills, liaising with our Associate Director, and fostering a positive team culture.
Commercial results
You have ultimate responsibility for the commercial results of your team. This includes setting strategic objectives, monitoring progress, and implementing action plans to achieve those objectives.
Relationship management
You build strong commercial relationships with existing clients and ensure a consistent flow of new projects and assignments. This includes conducting phone prospecting, attending networking events, and following up on leads.
Consultant management
You maintain close relationships with freelance consultants, provide support throughout their assignments, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Market analyses
You continuously monitor market trends and developments in our sector to gain a clear understanding of the demand for various skills and areas of expertise. This enables you to proactively respond to market changes and identify opportunities.
