Payroll Consultant

Roles and responsibilities

As a Payroll Consultant, you will work on diverse HR projects for clients, with a focus on payroll. You will operate independently, delivering high-quality HR support while being part of the Belsberg team. Your responsibilities include managing payroll processes and advising clients on HR-related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently managing payroll administration and tasks.
  • Providing broader HR support, such as drafting employment contracts.
  • Collaborating with clients to develop solutions and act proactively.
  • Sharing expertise in social legislation, payroll tools, and best practices.
  • Implementing and optimizing payroll processes for clients.
  • Identifying commercial opportunities and leads with clients.
  • Contributing to internal projects and initiatives within Belsberg.
  • Proactively solving problems and anticipating client needs.

Competence profile

  • Experience in payroll and relevant education.
  • Proficiency with payroll software programs and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • Strong knowledge of social and labor legislation.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English and/or French.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
