Due to our growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team that covers the French market, operating from our office in Oostkamp.

Roles and responsibilities

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will support experienced colleagues in mediating freelance consultants. You will learn the basics of recruitment and build both commercial and operational skills. This is the first step in your career path at Belsberg.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and approaching freelance consultants.
  • Assist in matching consultants with appropriate assignments.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining relationships with consultants and clients.
  • Collect and structure market information to support commercial actions.

 

As a Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to grow within our structured career framework, with clear milestones that can lead you from your current role to becoming a Director.

In line with our ambitious growth plans, we are expanding our footprint beyond Belgium and the Netherlands, with a specific focus on opening a physical office in Paris.
