We are a rapidly growing consultancy agency with a strong reputation for matching freelance consultants with leading companies. Due to our growth and the expanding sales and recruitment team, we are looking for a Billing Recruitment Manager to strengthen our office in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be the bridge between our Consultants and Director, playing a key role in our ongoing success story and the further development of our team.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team and achieving commercial and operational objectives. You will build lasting relationships with clients and consultants through your team members and actively contribute to Belsberg’s strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of at least 3 FTEs.
  • Ensure consistent team performance and financial results.
  • Develop team members through training, coaching and mentoring.
  • Manage client relationships and support strategic deals through team members.
  • Report team results to the Director.
