Due to our growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Amsterdam.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will work increasingly independently and know how to ensure consistency in your billing. You will master the entire Belsberg recruitment lifecycle, from recruiting consultants to building client relationships and successfully completing assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage challenging assignments and strategic relationships.
  • Advise clients on recruitment solutions.
  • Carrying out our Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Achieve commercial targets and exploit new business opportunities.
  • Ensuring consistent billing on a monthly basis.
